"Paradise is where Yemen is" - Emil Loparski

Don’t Wanna Breathe is the second single from Emil Loparski & Gabriela. The video made its premiere on 29th of May 2016. It was very well received in Bulgaria.

„When me and Gabriela arrived in Salalah, Oman, we immediatelly knew, that this is the place where the video will happen. Back then, I wasn't even sure if I would be able to produce a quality music video. I already had the equipment, but I wasn't sure what I could be able to create a good one. We started shooting the first scene, where Gabriela is taking a bath, that was, maybe, at the beginning of November 2015. I remember our room number at Salalah Rotana Resort - 808, fantastic room with a beautiful view to the beach. Soon after, I started believing myself. There was a big pause, right after, then the winter came, it was cold sometimes, and then we continued filming, maybe around April 2016. It was starting to get quite hot. Shooting at Mughsail Beach was a struggle. So hot at 8 AM. You cannot breath easily. Make up doesn't work, you're always wet. You've got less than two hours to finish what you've started. And starting at 6 o'clock, it is so dark, you can't borrow lighting equipment, because there is no such thing in Salalah. And even if you're able to find, you can't carry those things, all by yourself, climbing those rocky mountains...We finished the video a month later, right before we came back to Bulgaria, but I didn't like it.

So we came back to Bulgaria, people were congratulating us. One day I went to my brother's home, he suggested to play the video on his new big ass TV. I felt myself uncomfortable, knowing just how many downs I would notice. Until then, I was only watching it on my laptop. I barely waited the video to finish. We ran to buy a new TV. That was the video I was dreaming of!
